Welcome to CarStage360. By accessing and using our website, platform, and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Use.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account and using CarStage360, you declare that you have read, understood, and accepted these conditions in full. If you do not agree to these terms, please stop using our platform immediately.
2. Usage License and IP
The images processed by our AI models belong to you. However, you are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to use and modify any photos uploaded. CarStage360 cannot be held responsible for copyright infringement of user-uploaded content.
3. Credit System and Refunds
Purchased credit packages are added to your account instantly. The image processing services consume credits based on the selected quality modes: Low Quality (5 credits), Medium/Listing Quality (10 credits), High Quality (25 credits). Kredi consumption occurs per request. Credits are non-refundable once they have been consumed for image processing.
4. Prohibited Uses
Users are prohibited from trying to bypass platform limits, using bots/automated scripts to upload images, or executing actions that could harm the platform infrastructure. Abuse of speed-limiting rules (429 rate limiting) may lead to account suspension.
5. Limitation of Liability
CarStage360 provides AI rendering on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee 100% precision in visual output and cannot be held liable for commercial listings or business losses arising from the usage of generated images.
