Your personal data processed through your interactions with the CarStage360 platform is managed by Osiris Bilişim as the Data Controller.

The personal data processed during your use of our platform includes:
- Account Information: Username, password hash, role (individual/gallery).
- Media Assets: Car photos uploaded for processing and the generated studio images.
- Payment and Billing: Credit packages purchased, invoice details, transaction history.
- Technical logs: IP address, device specifications, browser cookies.
3. Purpose of Processing Personal Data
Your data is processed strictly for the following purposes:
- To provide the AI-powered car background replacement and studio services.
- To manage user accounts, balance, credits, and transaction logs.
- To prevent fraudulent activity and protect the technical integrity of the platform.
- To comply with regulatory obligations regarding billing and tax legislation.
4. Sharing and Transmission of Data
We do not sell your personal data. Your data is only shared with official administrative authorities when required by law, or with authorized payment processing services (e.g. Iyzico) to secure your payment transactions.
